I'm sad to read such horrible reviews. Each time I go to this Kerby's, the servers are always attentive and seat us immediately. They bring our drinks out and get our order not too long after that. There have been times when the bill is messed up but usually it's a simple fix. No complaints here.

Definitely one of the worst coneys I've ever been to, not that I have high expectations for them in the first place. The hostess had a sour look on her face and slapped the menus on the table, walking away without a single word. The server was terrible and incredibly slow. We also had to specifically ask for waters and drinks, she didn't mention it or bring them when she came to the table. Keep in mind this was a weekday around 1pm and there were only 2 other tables, so they weren't busy at all. She came back after a while and took our order. It was simple, just breakfast, fries, and a chicken gyro, but that took quite a while to prepare, apparently. She left stuff on we requested off and forgot to add stuff we requested, but nothing life-altering, just unwelcome tomato and such. After she delivered our order, she promptly forgot about us, leaving us to watch as other tables seated after us were ready to leave before us. We saw her complaining with the other servers about a fellow server, but never did she venture to see how we were doing or to bring the check. After what felt like hours, she wordlessly brought the check. We took it back to Ms. Sourpuss and left, vowing never to return again.

I rarely dine in at this location; my review is based on service & carry out. The staff is always friendly & pleasant. I've never experienced an issue with my carry out order. I order from this location about 5 times per month. The restaurant is clean & they are very prompt with my food at the carry out. I can always count on Kerby's Adams!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, We will not return to this location. Hopefully once the one on Walton opens they will have a better run on things. This one is just a joke.

ordered carry out from this dump out of sheer desperation and learned how terrible it is the hard way. There was about 14 tiny French fries in the order of "cheese fries" that cost about $4 - what a JOKE. I called and politely asked for the manager, was told he would call me... never did (shocker). Food was cold and bland much like the staff. Avoid this place at all costs.

This coney, when it first opened, was wonderful for a quick reliable meal. They had a great owner/manager who made you feel welcome and made sure the restaurant ran flawlessly. Since he left, the service here has deteriorated and after yesterday I do not think we will go back. The service was so poor all over the restaurant. It seemed like everyone was new and had no idea what to do. The cooks were slow and looked like they were clueless and inexperienced. We have had lots of new employees wait on us over the years, and I am sympathetic but a whole restaurant full is a recipe for disaster.

I've eaten at this location a handful of times before, and it's not so bad. Standard fare coney menu, with some good breakfast options. The few times I've visited here have been for breakfast only. I've never had to wait to get seated, and the service is pretty quick. They have a decent breakfast selection, and the prices are good. Service is fair, never had a problem before. I eat here out of convienience, but am not overly impressed with the location. After a while, all coney Islands sort of taste the same, and I think what one person considers to be their favorite location or brand name, the other might not feel the same way about. Weather its Kirbys, Lafayette, Leos or someone else, its all coney to me.

Not ever come to this location!!!! Some of this most horrific "customer service ". The manager Jim told us "I don't care this is my last week anyway ". Took 45 min to get food. Watched at least 4 tables come in get served eat and leave. Karen our server never returned to our table after taking our order. They did nothing to rectify the situation. If I could I would give this location zero stars!!!!

Well, this was a first for me. Walked in place was,pretty empty, only a few tables had people at them. Took a couple minutes to get someone to seat us. Once we were seated I happened to look at the time on my phone. While we're looking at the menus no one after came and asked for drink orders. Put the menus down you know to indicate were ready to order, nope.. As I continued to watch all the waitstaff stand around and talk, and ignore us. 12 minutes of staring at someone to help, still no one comes to ask for our order, ok screw this were leaving. The best part on the way out one of the useless waitstaff says " have a nice day ". We did at another restaurant. Never again will I try this place.

Standard coney fare The music system in there was annoying - mostly static. (One of my all time pet peeves). When the manager was asked to turn it off / down, she said she couldn't do it. Kinda wrecked my experience. There's plenty of other spots nearby to eat at - wishing I had gone next door to 5 Guys! I won't be back. I try to post something positive - that being said, the place is clean and bright.

Not really sure as to why they have a now hiring sign in the door. When I walked in to pick up my carry out order there were about 6 servers standing around and my food was not even packed up yet. Not really sure if they understood the purpose of calling ahead I had to wait practically the same amount of time if I were to dine in. The food was subpar. My pita was soggy and my soup was lacking chicken, cold and extremely sour. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Coney Island. Will not be going back.

When will 'cook to order' restaurants learn to cook scrambled eggs to specification? When you order scrambled soft, and they come with burn marks in them, it's an EPIC fail. Bacon great. Sausage above average. Eggs? Not cooked right. Even when stressed during order process. Wait staff friendly.

Dogs were cold and not even am attempt to cook. Strawberry shake was as cheap as they come. Coney sauce was from can. Well a cheap can.

So sorry this places was so horrible charge me xtra drink of pink lemonade and I was there before it never happen so not going to go back there again ever!
